EXCHANGE & RETURNS:
- All goods, except tights, are subject to exchange and return within 15 days of receipt
- In case of a production defect, we pay the transport costs, in other cases - the customer
- For returns, goods are accepted in their original packaging with all tags and no signs of use
- To arrange a return, write to us in the chat
- refunds are made within 5 days from the moment we receive the product and check it for compliance with the return requirements
