Procedure for placing an order

- Choose a product, carefully check the measurements according to the size tables, put the product in the shopping cart.

- For any questions, write to the chat on the website or on Instagram. It is important that you receive answers to all your questions before you pay for the purchase.

- Check the correct size and quantity of the goods in the basket.

- Proceed to checkout.

- Enter the data for delivery.

- Pay by Visa or Mastercard on our website. If your card currency is not euro, the system will automatically convert at the bank's rate.

- We will send your order by post from Stockholm. The next shipment will take place on 2023/08/14.

- Follow the status of the order in your personal account on our website or in letters from us to the mail.

- Be sure to check your email. If we have additional questions or clarifications on the order, we will write to you.

- If your country is outside the EU, there is a possibility that you will have to pay customs tax (check this information in your country).

- You receive the goods and use them with pleasure.

- If you have any questions after receiving the goods, you can contact us in the chat, we will solve everything, advise, suggest. We try to always be in touch.

If you have any doubts or questions about how the item will fit, whether this size will fit you, any parameters do not match the size grid, or you are not sure that the size will fit you perfectly, write to us in the chat on the website or Instagram, Facebook. We will be happy to advise on any issues.

On the product pages, we tried to provide the most complete information about the products with detailed photos and videos. Check before buying.

If there is a defect in the products or errors due to our fault, of course, we will issue a refund. But we try to monitor the quality of our products and avoid such situations.

- Carefully look at the size chart, make sure that not only the height matches, but also all other parameters indicated on the chart

 

The product is subject to exchange or return within 15 days of receipt. Products must be with tags, undamaged, and have no signs of use. In case of a production defect, we bear the transport costs, in all other cases - the customer. Refunds are made within 5 working days from the moment we receive the goods and check for compliance with the above conditions.

If you don't like the final result, but it's not our fault, we'll replace it with another product or refund your money. Transportation costs will have to be paid by the customer.
